Welcome to the Bruce Family Web. This genealogy record begins with the family of Herman Noel Bruce and his wife Brenda Fay Hawkins. Each family line steps back generation by generation starting with parents, then grandparents, then greatgrandparents, and so on.

The Navigation bar on the left is divided into two sections; 1) The Bruce Pedigree and 2) The Hawkins Pedigree. By clicking on the Pedigree bars a chart of the Bruce or Hawkins families will appear showing the lineage of each family. Arrows on the right hand side of these charts will indicate a continuation of the chart on another page. Just click on the arrow and you will be sent there immediately.

The names listed below the Pedigree bars indicate other families that have married into the family of Bruce or Hawkins. By clicking on one of these names you will be taken to the first instance of that family line. By following the links from page to page you will then be able to go through the various families until you find the person you are looking for.

An Index of Names is provided if you cannot find the person for whom you are looking.

Each person entered into this site will be included into a Family Group Record. Each Family Group Record will indicate the husband, wife, and children of that particular family. It will also indicate the parents of the husband and wife. Links are made on each Family Group Record that will take you to each childs own Family Group Record until no further information is known for that child or they have not yet married to form their own families.

Individual Records will be made for persons where historical data or family tales have been supplied about that person. Not all persons will have an individual record.

As this site is in the process of construction and must be updated frequently, it will be necessary to check back ocassionally to see if further information has been added. Any additional information about people listed on this site will be appreciated. Any new family ties not shown or information not correct can be added or changed by contacting the e-mail address shown below. Please do not submit information you cannot have reasonable proof of.

 

As no genealogy research is completed by a single individual, I would like to dedicate this site to the many people who have aided in its development. Not only to the many who have given verbal reports but to the few family genealogists who have struggled so hard to find the information contained herein. I want to give special thanks and dedication to Derrick Prichard, Bobby Hawkins, and Beverly Whittington who have provided their own family genealogy research in combination with mine to make this site possible. Many long hours have been spent in gathering this information and many more will will be as no genealogy research is ever complete.
